Terms of Use
Plain language, and short. Using 2KCommunity means agreeing to these.
Your account
You sign in with your email address and a one-time code. There is no password. Keep access to your email secure, because anyone who can read it can sign in as you.
You need to be at least 13 years old to use 2KCommunity.
One account per person. Your handle is permanent once claimed — it is the address other players share, and changing it would break links that already exist.
What you post
You are responsible for what you put on the board and on your profile, including the gamertags and links you choose to publish. Anything you add to your profile is visible to other signed-in players, and your handle, display name and posts are visible to anyone.
Do not post links in a request or in a profile field — they are refused. Do not post anything illegal, do not harass people, and do not impersonate anyone.
Moderation
Posts and profile links can be held or removed, and accounts can be suspended. Reports and blocks exist so that the people using the site are part of that process.
There is no appeal process yet. If something was removed and you think it should not have been, email the address on the contact page.
Paid plans
Payments are processed by Stripe. 2KCommunity does not see or store your card details.
Payments are currently running in test mode, which means no real card is charged and no real money moves. This line will be removed when live payments are switched on.
Subscriptions renew until cancelled. You can cancel at any time from the billing portal linked on your account page; access continues until the end of the period you have already paid for.
The service itself
2KCommunity is provided as it is. It does not guarantee that you will find teammates, that anyone will answer a request, or that the site will be available without interruption.
It is not affiliated with 2K Games or the NBA. It does not control what happens once you leave for your console.
Changes
These terms can change. Material changes will be posted here before they take effect, and the date below will be updated.
