Pro-Am is 5v5 played with a created team, on your own court, against another five. It rewards a group that knows its rotation — set plays, spacing, and people who keep their assignments.

That makes Pro-Am the mode where a missing fifth hurts most. A team that is one short does not play a worse game; it does not play at all. Finding that one person quickly, from people already online, is the whole job.
