There is no contact form on this page, for the same reason there are no DMs on this site: an anonymous free-text box is a moderation surface, and this product does not have one.
Reporting a player or a post
Use the report control on the post or the profile itself. It is the fastest route and it is the only one that arrives with the thing being reported attached, so it does not need explaining.
You can also block someone from their profile. Blocking is silent — the other person is not told — and it takes their posts off your board and stops them answering yours.
